Feedback Report System: Users can now send three types of feedback directly from the app - Bug Report, Feature Request, and General Feedback. Each submission supports subject, description, and optional screenshot attachments. The support team receives feedback immediately and will respond shortly
New Reply Notification Experience: When the team replies to a feedback report, the app now shows an alert on the calendar page, making it easy to know when new updates arrive
Report Tracking & Conversations: Users can now track their feedback reports by navigating to Profile → Notifications. Each report contains a conversation thread where the user and support team can exchange messages continuously
Close & Rate Reports: Users can close a report once the issue has been resolved. After closing, users can provide a final feedback rating, helping improve the platform significantly

Auto-Sign group notes on Post and add 'Signed By <ProviderName>' at the end of the group note (requires updating to OD version 25.2.44 or later to prevent invalid signature issues)
Procedure Sync on Posting: When you click Post (from Recording or Saved Notes), procedures are refreshed from Open Dental. If changes are detected, you can preview the updated note, post as-is, or cancel
Procedure Refresh on Opening Saved Notes: Saved notes automatically refresh appointment procedures from Open Dental. The system auto-selects the procedures assigned to the provider currently editing the note
Inactivity Safeguard: After a period of inactivity, you'll be asked to continue or end the recording. If no response is given, the system auto-generates and saves the note and ends the recording. Admins can set the inactivity timeout in settings

Introduced the ability to override current prompt answers when previewing from the Saved Notes page
Auto-Save on Page Exit: Note edits are now automatically saved when the user leaves the page due to an error or accidental navigation—unless the user explicitly closes the modal and chooses not to save their edits in the confirmation popup
Added a new 'Auto-Sign Group Notes' setting to enable or disable automatic signing from the user settings (user profile) and from the Saved Notes Page on preview. The selected choice persists when using the same workstation
